Up-to-Date Lodging Businesses Reopening

As of July 1st: Businesses in the Great Smoky Mountain region are open. Face masks may be required at specific retailers. We recommend contacting the business directly for any questions regarding safety measures and updates.

As Tennessee Governor Bill Lee continues to slowly reopen Tennessee businesses in 89 of 95 counties, including Sevier County, TN, many lodging businesses in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville have reopened. Whether you enjoy camping, a secluded cabin in the Smoky Mountains or a hotel with amenities fit for everyone, Pigeon Forge has them all! In addition to the CDC guidelines, all lodging businesses want guests to feel safe and comfortable while having an experience with the best hospitality there is!

Lodging & Accommodations Guidelines

Protecting guests is a high priority for all lodging and accommodation partners. Social distancing practices will be reinforced in common areas including check in and out and all lobby areas. 50% capacity will also be reinforced in all common areas. Lodging accommodations will create and distribute a welcome letter that explains current services and amenity adjustments and any restrictions. All properties will maintain inventory of all cleaning products.
