Join us for the annual Ober Uphill 5K race on September 25. This bucket list race starts in downtown Gatlinburg and proceeds all the way up Ski Mountain Road, ending at Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area! Run to the top and get a free ride down on the Aerial Tramway! Runners will also be able to drop a bag to be transported to the finish line. START LAT: 35.708850, LNG: -83.523570 Course Description: The Ober Uphill 5K will begin at Ober Gatlinburg downtown parking area and run Ski Mountain Road to Ober Gatlinburg. It is all uphill. This is a true bucket list race. This road running race consists of a 1358? ascent, making the course 84% uphill, 12.5% downhill, and 3.5% flat.
