4 days of Free Live Music Venues with over 120 shows to choose from throughout downtown Gatlinburg, TN. Aug. 24-28, 2016. This year we have added 3 ticketed concerts and are doing a “mini” Smoky Mountains Songwriters festival at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. See below for who is performing in is the ticketed concerts. Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival, Garth Brooks' Hit Writers, Kent Blazy, Pat Alger, Tony Arata, Songwriters, SMSWF, Gatlinburg, TNThis year the ticketed concert Sat. night Aug. 27th will include Hall of Fame Hit Songwriters Pat Alger, Tony Arata,and Kent Blazy and (Rip Kim Williams) who wrote the #1 Hits that made Garth Brooks “GARTH”. Slyvia “Nobody” will be perform the pre-show. “The Garth Brooks’ Hit Writers In Concert” showcase will be held at the Glenstone Lodge (505 Historic Nature Trail Rd. Gatlinburg, TN). Doors open at 6 PM. Showtime is 7 PM. Tickets will be available at the door if they are not sold out on-line.
